Seattle area based Ener-G Foods has been serving the celiac community and other folks who follow a gluten free diet for well over a decade, they continue innovating all of the time too.

At our house we like their English Muffins, I often toast one for breakfast and coat it liberally with peanut butter. Add some fresh or canned fruit and you've got a well balanced breakfast.
